    6,Procedures of Participation:

     

    1,Contact with the Organizer and get the application form of exhibition . After filling the form seriously and put a company seal , please sent it to the organizing committee by fax or by e-mail.

     

    2,Transfer the participation fee into the Bank Account designated by the Organizer within three working days after signing the application form. Otherwise, the organizing committee has the right  to adjust or cancel the enterprises ` qualification of exhibition. When the payment has been made , the organizing committee will confirms the location of the booth , and send the booth confirming letter to the exhibitor. 

     

    3,The Organizing committee will sent the exhibitor Manual to exhibitor one Month before the exhibition , and tell them  the points for attention , assist them to complete the exhibition activity conveniently and efficiently .

     

    4,The deadline for the Expo is March 4, 2026  . If it is over that time, we don`t guarantee that their advertisement will be in the catalogue.
